The languages are not at all the same in neither spelling or grammar.
这一句话，将当中的neither改为either，因为题目说的是这几种语言在拼写或者语法方面都不一样，所以改为either or，为或者或者。
he told me that how important it was to learn english
这句将that去掉，因为该句中，how是宾语从句，已经有特殊疑问词how了，不可以再加that连接词。

1.语序错误：不是not at all 而是 not ....at all 2.搭配错误：不是neither...or...而是either....or.... 正确的是：the two languages are not the same in either spelling or grammar at all. 我只发现这两处错，也许还有其他错。若有疑惑，欢迎追问！
