The quote Fools learn nothing from wise men,but wise men learn much from fools. suggests that since fools are foolish,they do not take the opportunity to ask and hence learn from people with wisdom.However,on the other hand,only the truly wise people would take to opportunity and take the chance of gaining knowledge and learn from anyone,including from the fools.
