such + a/an + adj + n
such+ adj +n (不可数或可数复数）such所加的中心词是名词。
如：such a beautiful girl ; such tall boys ; such nice weather
so + adj + a/an/the/+n so 所加的词是形容词或副词
如： so beautiful a/the girl ; so tall the boys ; so nice the weather
如果名词前有表示数量的形容词应该用so;
如： so many boys ; so much water ; so few trees ; so little milk
但little表示小的，中心词是名词也需用such; such a little sheep

只能说such nice weather ，不可以说 so nice weather 。
so + adj. + n. [不可数] 中的形容词只能是much/little。
such a beautiful day 等于 so beautiful a day
