First of all, calling sports irrelevant to people is bullshit. If you don't do sport, I'm pretty sure you'll die in early 60s or even 40s if you masturbate too much.

Watching football games especially their favorite player fighting for their favorite team get people so high, just like anything else.

Less than 1million people live in the city, about 300,000 in the city center. Their football stadium Allianz contains about 70,000, and is always full on full for each match. About another 70,000 people gather around in bistros, restaurants, cafes, clubs to watch it on TV. So that makes half of the city watching the game. So when last time FC Bayern lost to Chelsea, on the next day, the whole city is covered in storm clouds. That's a true story.
So don't tell me you know life, and don't even mention football. That's a word too heavy for ya.
