月经推迟20天没有来了，乳房一直胀痛，小腹有时也痛，最近早上起来还头晕，这是怎么了？

这是身体出现什么问题了吗？

应该不是吧，是不吃避孕药了，这个可以导致月经推迟的，至于后面说的是痛经的症状了 可以贴月月安痛经贴，痛经是宫寒引起的，挺好使，因为我之前就是用了三个疗程才好的
