A foreign English teacher can teach us not only native prounation but also the culture of their country.What's more ,they can help us or urge us to speak Enlish with them instead of 'Chinglish' as much as possible.During the teaching and studying,we can also exchange ideas with the foreign English teacher.These are the advantages .But there are still some disadvantages which we can not ignore.Most of the foreign English teacher are not expert teacher.They can't hold the best way to teach Chinese students.Many of them organize some simple games for the students to pratice theit English.It will add some interesting tips.But most of the students just concern on the games instead of their English.After the game.,they earn nothing.It's a waste of time.And,it is very difficult for the teacher to take care of all the student.Most of time ,they can only pay attention to their ideas or to encourage them to speak English for Chinese students are too shy to show their "poor English".For these points,may be orgnizing the students to watch a European-American movie will be more efficient.
