The other party ceases to carry on
business or becomes insolvent or bankrupt or admits in writing its inability to
pay its debts as they mature, or makes an assignment for the benefit of its
creditors, or enters into compulsory or voluntary liquidation or if it is placed
under judicial management of a receiver and/or manager shall be appointed in
respect of any of its assets.
