would rather 是虚拟语气的用法。 在would rather do than do句型中不会有had这个词的，有had的是过去完成时虚拟语气中。如：I’d rather she had asked me before borrowing the car. 我真希望她先问我一声再借车。所以你最好把句子写出来我看看。但我认为应该是不能随便换的在虚拟语气中，had跟would是不能互换的。
