有两种情况不知道你是哪一种一，开机后停留在按Del或F8这个界面！按Del 进入coms后直接按esc退出选yes确定退出即可，以后基本不会出现这个问题了！二，开机后停留在按F1这个界面！按F1即可进入系统，这个问题一般是coms设置了软驱启动，或者是主板电池没电了！更改BIOS设置，或者换电池！

有没有什么字母是不是你把硬盘的引导文件给格了什么po。。。sysnm 什么的字母那样的话你就的找个引导盘了
