Through thesurvey method, literature method, experience summary method, research method is simple observation method and so on to influence on the enterprise risk, encountered the realty management enterprise risk management process occurs and the current property managemententerprises how to deal with risk is summarized and further analysis system.Finally, through the investigation of reading a lot of data, practical andindustry consulting relevant experts, to formulate a set of risk monitoring and control system. Research contents and results in this paper, with theguidance and reference to the risk consciousness of employees andcurrently there is no systematic risk management mechanism of property management enterprises significance. At the same time, to other relatedindustry enterprises to establish an effective risk management mechanismand in the details to strengthen risk prevention awareness and provide some reference.
