不是应该是 it was until she got home that Jennifer realized she had lost her keys.
为什么正确答案却是it was not until she got home that Jennifer realized she had lost her keys

第一句话的正确翻译是 jennifer意识到她丢了钥匙,直到她到家
所以如果想翻译成你想要的应该是 jennifer没有意识到她丢了钥匙,直到她到家
也就是说她“没有意识到”这个动作一致持续直到她到家才结束
