is failure a bad thing ?

as is known to us all,there exits a lot of failure in our life .however,is failure a bad thing?

some of us think it a adversity because failure leads to non-selfconfidence as well as sadness,as a result,they will be afaird of meeting difficulities in life and give up what they are dong .

however,some others hold the postive attitude towards failure since they can benefit a lot after learn from them.

as far as i am concerned, i think the latter is really the wiser view.when we face the failure .

what we should do is to hold up our courage to overcome it so that we can achieve success one day.
