关于半兽人德解释，我不同意一楼仁兄的说法，就像人马族不是人类和马的混血一样，只能说是人形态的兽类、或事兽形态的人类吧。它本身就是一个种族，并不是因为杂交而产生的。
至于强兽人，在电影里已经有过交代，他们的生前都是精灵，因此有着强健的体魄，可以在不休息的情况下奔跑着行军几天，而且他们都是死过的人了，被从地下由萨鲁曼的爪牙挖出来并加以改造的，所以不会感觉到饥饿和疼痛。
这些就是强兽人的优势，还记得第二集中，兽人因为饥饿和强兽人发生争执，结果他们中的一个队长级人物，杀了其中的一个兽人，让手下们吃么，也许这个就是其中的区别吧，呵呵
简单的说，兽人和人类一样只是中土世界中的一个种族，而强兽人则是被改造过的战斗型的杀人机器。

他们本质上都是半兽人，强兽人是半兽人经过邪恶巫师萨鲁曼改造后的半兽人，比一般半兽人强壮，攻击力高。类似经过基因改造。

关于ORC如何而来的问题，原著作者托尔金（Tolkien）在魔戒便年史《精灵宝钻》中有明确的表述：他们由一个邪恶的天神“梅尔克”模仿精灵制作的，可是似乎不太成功……弄成那个样子。原文是“但是，爱类塞拉的智者确信，乌涂木诺崩溃之前，所有落入梅尔克之手的精灵都被关进监狱，被奴役，受残害。就这样，梅尔克满怀嫉妒之心和对精灵的嘲弄，培养出凶残的奥克”。
而强兽人则是萨如曼个人的杰作——他可是能力强大的男巫！看过魔戒的人都知道！这在《双塔奇兵》中是有文字证明的，至于原文我就不打了（汗）。
