张强在书店买了一本书，准备作为礼物送朋友，但回来翻阅后发现书有几页缺页，并有几处印刷错误。请替他写封投诉信，要求退书，并且获得全额退款。

Dear editor:

I am writing the letter to complain about the book, which was purchased by my friend, Zhang Qiang.

Last Sunday was my birthday and my friend sent me a book,published in your company, as gift. I was very happy at first, but things changed when I just open it. I found that a large number of pages of the book had been totally lost. Even worse, there were many mistake on printing.

So I write to you to get the apology I deserve and I hope my complaining could be replied soon.
