The New Multicultural Cuisine
In North America, it's hardly to find somebody who doesn't know what is spring roll or sushi. The multicultural receipes have been so popular in North America countries for the last couple of decades due to the immigration waves.
For example, if you go to Canada, and ask the local people: " What is Canadian Food?" They will stuck on this question since Canada is an immigration country. Except the first nation, the Canadians are made up from the worldwide. They tool the world culture into their own backyard and they took advantage of all the great food from the planet.
