【内容提要】:为了有效地实现经营目标,乡镇企业应该借鉴不同的人力资源管理模式,分析企业经营管理中存在的问题,树立“以人为本”的管理理念。同时乡镇企业要建立科学的人力资源管理制度,健全激励机制,提升企业的经营管理水平。本文以金山区朱泾镇金星服装有限公司人力资源管理为论点,通过学习到的知识和参考文献,对金星服装有限公司几年来在人力资源管理机制改革中存在的问题和当前的现状进行分析,揭示了乡镇企业在人力资源管理上取得的成绩和存在的不足,提出了今后乡镇企业在人力资源管理中的改进方法,以促进乡镇企业在人力资源管理水平上的进一步提高。
Abstract: In order to efficiently realize the operation target a township enterprise should learn from various HR management modes, analyze the problems existing in the operation and management of the enterprise, set up a “human oriented” management concept. In the same time a township enterprise should establish scientific HR management systems, perfect the incentive mechanism, and enhance the operation and management level of the enterprise. On the basis of the HR management status of Zhujing County Jinxing (Gold Star)Clothing Co.,Ltd. and the knowledge learnt and the literatures, this article analyses the problems existing in the HR management mechanism reform and the present state of Jinxing (Gold Star)Clothing Co.,Ltd., discloses the achievement and shortcomings of township enterprises in the aspect of HR management, proposes the improving approaches for the HR management of township enterprises, so as to promote the further enhancement of HR management level of township enterprises
