Reason这一栏好像没有打星号，是不是可以不用填。如果必须填的话，建议以下内容：This scientist is an expert in the field of our study and is able to provide an objective assessment of our manuscript. He did not publish with any of the authors of our submitted manuscript within the past five years and is not a member of the same research institution.
