求教:申请UNSW的回执信~~谢谢了

I am pleased to advise that application has been successful. However student’s IELTS results will be more than 1 year old after 4/12/2011 therefore I cannot issue English Plus offer.
Student has following options:

1. To apply for English Plus program to start from 10th October followed by Foundation Standard Plus program from January 2012.
2. To apply for English course separately from 3/1/2011 with UNSW Institute of Language by submitting separate application form to my colleague Leila, however entry in PFY will be subject to the placement test and followed by Foundation Program from April 2012 intake.

Please discuss with the student and let me know the decision at your earliest convenience.

我的雅思是10年12月考的~~请问这个回执信到底是什么意思啊？

就是说你的申请被认可，有两个选项给你：
1.english plus课程，10月份入学，这个课程应该是8周吧，然后接着是foundation 标准plus课程，2012年一月份开始。
2.单独的英文学习，再3月1号之后，给UNSW Institute of Language提交申请，申请的东西交个他的同事 Leila，然后你进入pfy（pre foundation year），然后进入foundation就是2012年4月份，不过在这之前有一个考试。
