In my point of view,middle(高中还是初中，自己改下) school students could have their own blog.Our country is becoming stronger and stronger,and our soiety really need some open-minded person.The blog can exercise one person's imagenation,creation and the ability of writing.As you know,we are all single child(独生子女)now,we do not have brothers or sisters to share our ideas,and nobody could play with us in spare time,we can get a lot from the blog.We can share each other's idea about one topic,we can discuss each other's opinion on line.So it's necessary to have your own blog,your blog just like your home,you can write whatever you want,if you feel unhappy,doesn't matter,just write down,and let your friends share your sorrows.

So middle school students could have their own blog.
