Do we need sports?
In my opinion, everyone needs sports. First, sports make us healthy, because most of the sports are out-door activities, and we get a lot of fresh air and sunshine while practicing, and we won't be catching cold easily. Second, sports make us strong by stretching our bodies and arms and legs, and sports also make our muscles strong. Third, sports help us learn skills like swimming and running, which may be useful in emergencies. That's why I think we need sports.
