求教英语口语大神 替别人 和外教请假 救急

我是一个学生的辅导员 这个学生是在职研究生 有工作 不能耽误工作来上课 必须和外籍教师请下假 麻烦老师期末能给成绩 美国的教师 我作为辅导员应该怎么说 望大神翻译一段英语 教教我求救！

老外比较拧，一般不会通融的,请个一两天没问题，不过一直不来上课就麻烦了。
不过你可以这样说
Hi, there's a kid who is a graduate studen. He is a working student, so he have to work instead of comming to classes. 如果他就请一两天：He want me to ask you for a leave, it will just be a couple of days. He's afraid that this will hurt his grades when he hit the final. So what do you think of it? I will tell him what you think of it. 如果他就不打算上课了：He won't be comming at all, but he still want his grades when he hit the final. Can you do that? I will tell him what you think of it.
