先开始我不懂该怎样饲养蝌蚪，就用自来水养它们，但是过了两天就发现有些蝌蚪出现了翻肚子的情况，陆陆续续地又有几只蝌蚪变成这样。于是我请教了妈妈，妈妈告诉我不要用自来水饲养蝌蚪，应该去一些有水藻的池塘里捞一些水回来饲养，也去池塘里挖一些长在池塘边上的水藻放在水里，因为那些水里面有微生物和水藻，水藻可以进行光合作用，可以为蝌蚪提供氧气，微生物则可以给蝌蚪提供食物。
我想到了宝姐姐家里有一个鱼缸，里面养了两条鱼，水是微微泛青的，于是我按妈妈说的去做在里面捞了一些水回去给蝌蚪换上，第二天蝌蚪都不再翻肚子。过了一个星期左右，有两只蝌蚪长了两条后腿，先开始我还以为是它的排泄物，后来慢慢的长长了，我才知道那是它的后脚 。我发现有只蝌蚪的肚子上面一些的地方长了两只小脚，是它的前脚！但是因为时间有限，我不能把照片发上来，虽然它长了前脚，但是尾巴还是挺长的，可能还要一段时间才能慢慢变短。
我原来是挺怕蝌蚪的，可是养了这么久也觉得蝌蚪还是很可爱的。毕竟它们是青蛙的幼体，它们长大之后都是要吃害虫的。
