The new traffic rules will become effective starting from January 1st,2013,which is regarded as the most strict traffic rules in history.
People's living condition are becoming better with the rapid development of economy in China.More and more people can afford to buy their own cars which makes it more convenient to travel in their daily life.However this convenience brings many problems that many people are worried about,such as air pollution,more trafic jams as well as increasing trafic accidents.
Measurement must be taken to stop the situation from worsening.People must learn disciplines,too.Only in this way can we live more happily
