我认为应该选that作为强调句。
用where的时候没有in，应该是It is Iran where the family members are involved in the wedding preparations.这样的壮语从句才对吧？^_^

Iran 在定语从句中做地点状语，所以引导词用Where 不能用that 再看看别人怎么说的。

我觉得也是that ，因为it is ......that .....是个标准的强调句型，这里强调iran这个先行词也很说得通啊。

你看后面的从句the family members are involved in the wedding preparations，这个从句是完整的，不缺任何成分，所以这个从句不是定语从句而是状语从句，你可以这样理解，the family members are involved in the wedding preparations in Iran,where=in which
