you are the trainning manaager of a company which has won a large export order。you have be asked to organize foreign language trainning for some your staff。
write a memo to staff:
explaining which members of staff should attend
announcing when the coureses will start
write 40-50 words

The english training program will start from 25th May and last for a week, Mike,joan and Maria in export depeartment should attend the program learning about business spoken english and how to write correct and effective emails to foreign clients.
