BPP出版的ACCA中的解释是： Referent power lies in the personal qualities of the individual. Personal power is capable of influencing the behivours of others, and helps to explain the strength of informal organisation.
所以根据此解释应该是指‘凭自己的个人魅力获得的power’，但是西方管理学中大部分解释都是‘借用别人的power’，所以，建议咨询一下BPP出版社。
