通常是因为主板bios不能全面支持acpi规范造成的。建议升技主板bios，如果嫌太麻烦或是不会、不能升级，那么你可以进行如下操作在安装windows 2000、xp过程中，当出现“press f6 if you need to install a third-party scsi or raid driver”这样的提示时，按下f7键，这样windows安装程序便会自动禁止安装acpi hal，改为安装standard pc hal。 ps：顺便在这里给你解释一下什么是acpi吧。它是“advanced configuration and power interface”的缩写，意思是“高级配置与电源接口”。这是英特尔、微软和东芝共同开发的一种电源管理标准。它能帮助操作系统控制划拨给每一个与电脑相连的设备的电量，有了acpi，操作系统就可以把不用的外设关闭掉。这么解释够详细了，再不懂我就没辙了。
