practically不可以放句首,且含有几乎的意思,但是actually可以放句首,但无几乎的意思:
Practically means almost, but not completely or exactly. 几乎
He'd known the old man practically all his life.
他几乎从小就认识那位老人。
Actually there is no need to upstaff.

no 是个形容词,等于not a或 not any....eg:there are no students in the classroom.=there are not any students......
而not是个副词,eg:i am not happy today. no i am not.
no是直接回答,就是“不!”
但not是间接回答,它代表“不是”,后面还要跟一个形容词,如“not nice”就是说“不是漂亮的”
