选择题:I think____ is important for us to have breakfast.

i usually ieat some eggs, bread and drink some milk believe most of the people, whey i just get up in the morning,    breakfast is important,beacause if   you donot eat breakfast you'll feel no more appetite. why? it's just because you still haven't woke up enough. especially whey you stayed up late last night. if you don't eat anything in the morning and then go to work , i think maybe you'll feel hungry at about 10 am. then you can't concentrate yourself on working, you just want to eat something.this's not good for your work and for yourself of couse.
