触摸屏，印刷油墨时如何提高ITO银胶、绝缘附着力？

基本上取决于下面两方面： 一、ITO膜 进口膜比国产膜好些，除了本身性能，它还好在对不同质量的、特别是国产的油墨的兼容性效好。 二、保护油墨 如果你用的是进口的ITO膜，不一定要用进口的油墨，你知道成本太高。有的国产的油墨，也完全可以有好的效果，如我们厂以日东膜为主，用的是日欣的保护油墨。我们曾用过日本的503等，可是有残胶，而日欣的克服了它的这个缺点。 如果你用的是国产的ITO膜，如尾池膜，由于其PET面结晶度不够，因此国产的油墨用后有收缩的现象；可日欣的油墨用另一种配合方法解决了这个问题(由于为客户保密的原因不便细说)。
