6.3\x05The liability for defects shall be excluded,if the Contract Products are resold and processed either (i) with an obvious defect,(ii) after the detectability of a hidden defect or (iii) without a prior incoming goods inspection (in particular with regard to the product quality).
6.4\x05Claims resulting from a warranty liability for the Contract Products are subject to a limitation period of twelve months starting from the passing of risk and are limited to the purchase price of the respective delivery,unless B has fraudulently concealed the defect.
