How to keep a good eyesight?
This question is a little hard to answer for me because I'm nearsighted too. But I read a lot about this topic a long time ago. So, today I will give a simple comment about how to keep an good a eyesight. First, don't keep your eyes working for a long period of time. You had better have a rest and look beyond and around. Especially green plants, because this color is harmless for the eye, but I don't know anything else about other colors. Secondly, pay attention to the following advices: don't read in the sun or in the poor light, neither on the bed nor in a moving bus. Thirdly, when you read you must keep your book away from your eyes for about one foot. And sometimes when you are free you can do eye exercise, because it's a kind of massage. These are all the suggestions, I think they are useful for my friends.
