We Should Keep A Balanced Diet in Order to Keep Fit
It goes without saying that everybody wishes to be fit,and health is the most important thing in one's life.Hower,more and more people are not fit or don't live a healthy life.The most important reason is that they don't know the approach to it.To keep fit,we have to do the following, keeping a balanced diet,doing exercise,getting enough sleep and so on.Of the all,keeping a balanced diet,in my opinion,is the most important.
As a saying goes,we are what we eat,which means the food we eat has direct impact on our bodies.To be fit,we need different kinds of nutrition,like protein,vitamins and fat.These nutition must be balanced in our bodies,or some trouble will arouse in our bodies.On the other hand,eating more vegetables and fruit is considered as a good way to keep it.
