积碳的形成
1.空气过滤不完全→尘土、杂质→气缸→进气道→附着累积
2.带有杂质的气体→油泥→活塞环槽→高温→积碳
3.燃油杂质→不参与燃烧→残留→积碳
4.引擎停止运转→温度剧降→残留油滴→吸附杂粒→喷孔积碳
积碳的危害
1.堵塞油道和油泵滤网、造成供油不畅、加速零件磨损、缩短使用寿命
2.降低气缸的密封性,损失气缸压力,使燃油燃烧不充分
3.燃烧室积碳形成局部热点,导致爆震,损失动力
4.喷油嘴积碳造成雾化不良,燃油消耗大;更严重的是会影响各种传感器,损坏引擎
5.进气歧管积碳导致进排气不顺畅,燃烧效率低,减小马力
汽车发动机工作时,会在喷油嘴、火花塞、气门、活塞环槽等处产生积碳,积碳会造成燃烧室容积减少,工作效率下降,燃烧不完全,废气增多,点火不良,堵塞活塞,进而污染润滑系统,为了避免损失扩大,避免大修,降低故障拖吊,因此对发动机燃油系统需要进行定期清洗保养。

现在都是电喷车要求标准比较高,稍微有一点不适合电脑所储存的数据都容易造成传感器信号输出错误,早成发动机工况不完美!
