服务器为了保证安全性，关闭了父路径，也就是说，不允许使用如 ../public/index.htm 这样一类的 ../来表示父路径。
如果你是在普通页面需要include的话，则可以输入完整的地址，如 http://www.abc.com/public/count.asp
如果是在页面的数据库文件里的时候，需要用 server.mappath & abc.mdb 这样的形式来加数据库路径
