问题一：以《我为何而生》为题,写一篇演讲稿 敬爱的教师们，亲爱的同学们：
你们好！今天我感到非常荣幸能有这样一个机会与大家一起交流进步的经验。。
如果说我的进步比较突出的话，我想应归于这样三点，即健康的身体，健康的心理，以及科学的学习方法。
我们常说，身体是革命的本钱，的确，健康，无论对于工作还是学习，都是成功的重要保证，我们怎样才能保持健康的身体呢？这方面，我做到了以下三点：首先，要保证有充足的睡眠。由于学习压力比较大，好多同学便不得不延长学习时间，以保证学习任务的完成，甚至不惜充斥睡眠时间，我觉得这些同学，其精神是可喜的，但是其做法是不可取的，因为一个人的精力必竟部是有限的，当他把同样的精力分配到更长的学习时间中时，其学习效率必然会降低，所以，打疲劳战，不仅学习效果没有什么提高，而且可能会给身体健康产生影响，我希望同学们都能养成早睡早起的好习惯，要注意学习方法的改进，而不要一味地去处长学习时间，其次，要坚持每天锻炼身体，这样，我们不仅可以在紧张的学习之余，调节一下大脑，还可以达到增强体质的目的，我们读高在时，就有好几位同学因为体质弱而不得不跑医院，这样，不仅学习时间得不到保证，身体上受到了折磨，而且在心理上也可能会产生一定的阴影，所以，我觉得坚持每天锻炼身体，这也是十分有必要的，第三位，我还做到了能保证有健康合理的饮食。
下面，我想跟大家谈一谈关于心理压力的调整。我们要以平常心去对待它，能时刻保持一种乐观自得的态度。当然这并非易事，是有条件的，我觉得应建立在这两个基础上，第一、即是我们平时的踏实、严谨的复习，有了对各门功课一个全方位的系统性的把握，那么，我们必有信心去面对这场挑战，第二，即是我们的老师、父母能以一种朋友的身体去关心我们，每与他们交流、沟通、多给他们一点鼓励，我想，这样也会令他们增加信心和勇气的。
其次，我们应当学会自我放松，千万不要自我封闭。当自我感觉压抑的时候，我们可以找好朋友，老师或父母谈谈心，我们也可以找一个比较空旷的地方，比如操场，去散散步，做一做深呼吸，或者唱一首自己比较喜欢的乐观积极的歌曲。这样都会让我们的心情好起来的，而好的心情则像润滑油一样，会让一切变得TASY。
第三，我还觉得我们应当给自己找一个学习目标，有了目标，我们便有了学习的动力，能时刻保持一种学习的劲头，从而矢志不渝地向着同一个方向前进。
我想，如果能做到以上三点我们都会取得进步。当然，我们除了应当有健康的心理以外，科学的学习方法仍然是最重要的，在这方面，我想谈以上四点。
首先，我觉得我们应注意学习计划的安排，我通常有这样两个计划，第一个计划即是每周的计划，我习惯于在每周开始的时候，给一周的学习生活作一直安排。比如各门功课都重点复习哪个知识点，然后再做一份相应的练习加以巩固，在每周周末则能抽出一段时间来，把一周以来复习的内容再系统性地总结一下。第二个计划呢，则是指每天的学习计划。我通常[每天早上抽出一个至一个半小时的时间来阅读语文和英语。我觉得这两门学科，培养一种语感是很重要的。而多读，则是培养语感的一种重要方法，我还习惯于在每天晚上睡觉之前都能抽出10至20分钟的时间来，把每天老师讲的。强调的内容都再过一遍电影，有这样一个重复记忆的过程，我们的遗忘率便会大大降低了。
