可以，但介词不能提前，即不能说介词+ that......。例如：
This is the house that / which Lu Xun once lived in.
This is the house in which Lu Xun once lived.
This is the house where Lu Xun once lived.
不能说：
This is the house in that Lu Xun once lived.
This is the house that / which Lu Xun once lived in.
This is the house in which Lu Xun once lived.
This is the house where Lu Xun once lived.
不能说：
This is the house in that Lu Xun once lived.
