Agree: 1. nowadays the society is changing rapidly, young people can better adapt to the changing society,we should not expect them to follow
2.Although young people lack of practical experience, they can learn better from their own frustration but not from predecessors' experience.
3. The society is calling for imagination and innovation, if we expect young always to follow there wouldn't be any innovational thought and idea.
It's too difficult to standby the latter point, so I recommend the former

1.the elders all highly expect their young children will conduct just as what they want.it's very stressful
2.some of the rules that former generation followed are out of date,it is not practical any more in today's society.so it's too strict to follow.
disagree:
1.our father's generation might followed tougher rules,but they also grew up as mainstay in this society at present.so it's not strict at all.
2.the elders gained more experience and wisdom,the rules they made to younger generation may be reasonable and useful.

太严格，why？本质上还是探讨某事物的存在的必要性和合理性，同第一题类
似。某规则太严格的原因：不合理，无法实施；没必要，实施了也没好结果。
分领域探讨：工作学习生活
工作：社会要求年轻人能毕业就适应社会工作需求，掌握各种技能，不合理，因为教育本身没有提供这些。
学习：社会价值观是每个人都要力争第一，而忽略学生自身的学习兴趣，没必要存在这样的思维，与教育本质目的不匹配
生活：社会希望年轻人能保持并吸收一些传统旧观念——但是部分观念已经不适合当前社会的发展需要——没必要这样
