so ...that结构做定语后置？

Protective behaviors include having coloration so matching the environment that the animal is not obvious.
求助：此处的so..that整个结构是不是做后置定语修饰coloration？相当于定语从句=coloration whih is so matching..?但是常常说so ..that 不是引导状从的嘛？那这里的用法是？

冷静。其实整个句子不耽误so that 的用法。so matching the environment 翻译成“如此与环境匹配（颜色与环境相似）”，是修饰“having coloration ”的表示一种情况。所以以至于animal is not obvious（动物不明显了）。整句话应该是这样的：
Protective behaviors of animals include having coloration so closely matching the environment that the animal is not obvious .
动物的避险行为包变化体色与环境相近，于是就不太显眼了。
