If I go to sleep too late, then I will have dark circles and be sleepy the next day. If I don't brush my teeth, then I will have problems like cavities. If I skip breakfast, then I will be hungry, and I can't perform optimally. It is important to have good habits. A good habit can be hard to develop, but it gets easier and easier as time goes on. This is because we get used to doing these activities, and it becomes almost automatic. As time goes on, it seems like the effort required to do these things isn't so great.
