联通的宽带能不能用IPV6

我们学校宿舍用的联通的宽带连接上网，听说IPV6下载速度很快的，我想问一下IPV6是怎么回事，我能不能用？如果能用的话该怎么用？

用宽带上网都是自动获取IP的，默认的是IP4 ，ip6是下一代ip协议，我们现在还用不到。 可能你也听说了，ip4的地址很快会被分配完 的，所以又开放了一种新的ip协议！这个在外国有用，在我们这还没有用！所以你不用太关心它，等我们的ip4用完了自然我们就要用ip6了！呵呵
