这主要跟你的matalb的版本有关
最新版的matlab上comtool已经被

我在6p5版本上deploytool所替代

以下是我在不同版本上的运行结果：
6p5
>> help comtool

COMTOOL MATLAB COM Builder graphical user interface.
FIG = COMTOOL launch comtool GUI.
COMTOOL('callback_name', ...) invoke the named callback.

>> help deploytool

deploytool.m not found.

7.0版本的matlab
help comtool

comtool not found.

Use the Help browser Search tab to search the documentation, or
type "help help" for help command options, such as help for methods.

>> help deploytool
DEPLOYTOOL Deployment product user interface
This function will bring up the Deployment Tool. You can create,
build and package various deployment projects using the GUI.

USAGE:
DEPLOYTOOL will bring up an empty tool with information on how to
open an existing project or create a new project.

DEPLOYTOOL(filename) will open an existing project. If the project
does not exist, it will error out.

DEPLOYTOOL -N will bring up the new project creation dialog.

DEPLOYTOOL -? will display this message.
