/>There is a popular saying at the moment,which is that graduation is equal to unemployment. It means many graduatescannot find themselves a proper job after they graduate from universities orcolleges. Have we really reached an era that we have too much man power than we really need? The answer is not. Then the question is why there so many graduates cannot find job? There are many different reasons for the problem.
One typical reason is that many graduates want to start their career with their
dreamed work, working in office, working in management or working as supervisor
to a team with high payment. They forget a fact that they have only got some theoretical
knowledge and are lack of the experience to do so. The other unrealistic
thought of these graduates is they believe they can be very successful just
with what they have learnt from school. This is why many people would rather
stay with their parents than start to do something simple. This is also the
main reason why the unemployment rate at the moment is very high. The rate of the unemployment in some countries have reached nearly 50%. (by ztlthb)
