how i relax myself

normally, there are two ways for me to relax myself. frist is eating chocolate and the second one is sleeping. the chocalate is with little caffeine. it can help our body to get relax. the sweet taste of the chocolate always can make me feel hapier and better.

then when i am sad, stress or disappointed, i prefer to sleep. as you know, when we are in a negative mode, we tend to make mistake in our life as we lose rationality. therefore, i normally choose to sleep to get my mind off for a while. the i can relax physically and emotionally. after that, then only i decide for next step. i think it will help to make a better choice.

Recently, we have little time to keep close contact with nature. We spend too much time on study or working. We almost forget that how green the grass is, how beautiful the flowers are, and how sweetly the birds are singing outside our windows. A saying goes, "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy". It means that we need to relax ourselves and go out to breathe more fresh air. We can also climb a hill in the suburbs.It's good for our health.
