Along with the development of modern society,more and more people are plagued by mental diseases,such as depression,which have seriously influenced their work and study.
In my opinion,to keep mental healthy,firstly we should find time for ourselves.That is to say,don’t let too much work or study squeeze our time for entertainment.
Secondly,when we feel frustrated or lonely,we can turn to our family members and friends.They can always comfort us and make us feel better.If family members and friends are not available,we can also seek help from a forever friend---book.
Thirdly ,doing sports is a way of great help.Just as the saying goes,a sound mind is in a sound body.Sports can not only build up our physical health,but also shift our concentration from the unhappy thing.Take me as an example,whenever I feel bad,I will jog on the playground.with sweat dripping from my body,I feel that all my troubles just go with it too.
To sum up,we cant emphasize too much the importance of mental health.The tips mentioned above are just from my own practice,and they are indeed of some help.
