你好：可能有几个原因了。一个是你的激活的PTC_WF5_Corrector_64位的东西位置不对，一个是你的安装目录你自己随意设置了，一个你有中文目录，再就是你的网卡号不对。如果上面你都是规范操作，我可以远程帮你看看。

这个界面是笔记本自带的检测界面，您先试试看选择低端的exit退出，观察是否可以恢复系统的进入；若无法进入选中或继续重启回到这个界面，选hard disk test 硬盘检测查看硬盘运行状态。如果硬盘检测失败（通常会提示fail或者error），需要联系服务中心现场检修硬件。
