The STM32F103VE offers three 12-bit ADCs, four general-purpose 16- bit timers plus two PWM timers, as well as standard and advanced communication interfaces: up to two I2Cs, three SPIs, two I2Ss, one SDIO, five USARTs, an USB and a CAN.

优秀的封装设计会这么设计的，你可以仔细观察下管脚分布，基本均匀分布在芯片的四周的，这是基于电源完整性的考虑，可以为芯片提供最好的电源质量，降低电源阻抗，保证高速数字电路可靠工作的手段。以后你若看到fpga，dsp等高速电路设计时，更是如此。
