如果是书面正式道歉,可以说：I'm to blame for the mismanagement.And I'm awfully sorry for that!或者：I'm accounted for the matter.And I'm awfully sorry for that!
注：中文“某事怨某人（或怪某人）”的英文应该用sb is to blame for sth而不是sb is to be blamed for sth!be accounted for sth的意思是“对某事有责任”或“某事怨...”.
