PWM controller 脉冲宽度调制控制器电源。
IC：脚位名称。
FB : Voltage feedback pin (电压反馈), the PWM duty cycle is determined by this pin voltage and CSpin voltage. And the operation mode is controlled by this pin voltage.
CS : Current sense pin (电流检测, 电流取样), connect to sense the MOSFET current.
DEM : Transformer core demagnetization detection (变压器磁芯的重置检测) and output over voltage protection pin. (OVP) 输出过压保护.
