摘要：在西方国家,税收筹划被视为“智慧者的文明行为”.税收筹划是纳税人在符合国家法律及税收法规的前提下,按照税收政策法规的导向,事前选择税收利益最大化的纳税方案处理自己的生产、经营和投资、理财活动的一种企业筹划行为.本文从零售业及其涉及的税收政策的特征出发,研究零售业的税收特征,对零售业企业的销售方式和核算方法进行相关的税收筹划,得到相关的方案,体现税收筹划的价值所在.
